With a background spanning mechanical engineering and business management, HSIAO began his career in the hydrogen fuel cell industry, collaborating with U.S. and Japanese corporations on business models and joint ventures. This experience sharpened his sensitivity to financial markets and inspired transition into securities underwriting, where he supports companies through IPO and listing processes. HSIAO focuses on researching green technologies and industry trends, bridging enterprises with venture capital to drive sustainable growth. He currently serves as Senior Manager in the Capital Market Department of a publicly listed securities firm, and the mentor of Green Impact Academy.
